Joe and his wife, Elisabeth Gross, live in Tremont, OH(Cleveland).  They share their passion for American Manufacturing. Elisabeth is an expert in manufacturing operations and is currently a consultant with IBM Business Consulting Services.  

Joe, a father, with grandchildren, is a sports enthusiast. He swims like a competitive swimmer, he is an avid cyclist that clocks in thousands of miles a year, and replenishes by entertaining family and friends with the finese of multiple star chef.

Joe has enjoyed multiple careers - a retired naval officer, a retired "A payroll executive" from Corning, Incorporated, the operations manager at several Ohioan manufacturers and ultimately, venturing his own manufacturing company several years back.

Joe is outstanding example of American citizen, a man you want to get to know. When he's not tinkering in the manufacturing world he devotes his "spare" time to helping others.
